The health system in R D Congo is structured into health districts, health zones and general reference hospitals. Over the past 10 years we have seen remarkable declines in the quality of care and services; (Availability of quantity and quality, quality of training, remuneration), (2) dilapidated basic infrastructure and equipment, (3) frequent breaks in Drugs.
The integration of palliative care into the health system has been successful thanks to the public-private partnership through which private providers have supported the development of palliative care. In the course of our discussion, we will explain the different steps undertaken to develop this partnership which Serves as a model for low-income countries
